RAW RESEARCH is committed to fast, reliable fulfillment and clear expectations. Please read this policy before placing your order.

SAME DAY SHIPPING

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM Pacific ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.

Every order receives tracking information by email as soon as your shipping label is created.

TRACKING & CARRIER SCANS

RAW RESEARCH is responsible for processing, packing, and handing completed orders to the shipping carrier.

Tracking information available to our customer support team is the same information provided by the carrier.

FedEx generally provides the fastest tracking updates. UPS packages often receive their first scan after arriving at the local hub, and USPS tracking updates may be delayed or, in some cases, not appear until later in transit or delivery.

If your tracking shows "Label Created," it does not automatically mean your order has not shipped. Orders are processed, packed, and transferred to the carrier before tracking begins updating within the carrier's network.

Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, shipping delays are outside of our control.

  • UPS Next Day Air Saturday Delivery (where available)

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Orders shipping to a P.O. Box will be sent using an eligible USPS service.

Orders placed from restricted states or locations where our products cannot legally be shipped will be canceled.

SHIPPING DELAYS

RAW RESEARCH is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier delays or service interruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other factors beyond our control

RETURNED SHIPMENTS

Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable shipping address provided by the customer are subject to additional shipping charges before they can be reshipped.

DELIVERED PACKAGES

A package marked "Delivered" by the carrier is considered proof of delivery.

Once a package has been delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, RAW RESEARCH's shipping obligation has been fulfilled. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery.

For added security, we recommend selecting Signature Required delivery or using a secure delivery location whenever available.
