Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. Once research compounds leave our facility, we cannot verify how they have been handled, stored, or maintained, and they cannot be returned to inventory for resale.

Limited exceptions may be made for unopened products at our sole discretion.

Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, products must be unopened, unused, and returned in their original condition. Opened or used products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as RAW RESEARCH is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Approved returns are issued to the original method of payment, less a 15% restocking fee. 

Refund is processed after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved. Please allow a few business days for processing.

Every order is processed using quality assurance software that documents the fulfillment process through photographs and video. This allows us to verify that each order was accurately picked, verified, packed, and shipped in its entirety before leaving our fulfillment facility.

If you believe your order was packed incorrectly or arrived with a missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the fulfillment records and resolve any verified packing errors as quickly as possible.

RAW RESEARCH reserves the right to deny any return, refund, or exchange request that does not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
